Undergraduate programs

Human Resources Management B.A.
Graduates of this program will become business professionals possessing an adequate methodological, professional, subject-related, and general knowledge background required for the fulfilment of various tasks associated with human resource management, including labour market analysis, operational responsibilities, the coordination of the reconciliation of conflicting interests in the labour market, in addition to organisation, analysis, planning and pre-decision making level responsibilities. Furthermore, graduates will develop an adequate theoretical foundation for continuing their studies in second cycle M.A. programs.

Business Administration and Management B.A.
The aim of the program is the training of business professionals thoroughly familiar with the basic aspects of economics, social theories, and applied economics, whose methodological and specialised knowledge enable them to design and analyse the operational processes of economic institutions in addition to the running and direction of various business and entrepreneurial activities and procedures. Furthermore, graduates will develop a sufficient theoretical foundation for continuing their studies in second cycle M.A. programs.

Communication and Media Science B.A.
The aim of the program is to train professionals familiar with the communication systems facilitating social interaction, societal communication, along with the most important aspects of media activities. Graduates developing professional co-operation and interaction skills, adequate initiative, communication capability, self-knowledge, critical self-reflection, sense of responsibility, and efficient and success oriented thinking will be capable of productively contributing to the operation of the basic institutions of social communication. Furthermore, the acquired theoretical knowledge will enable graduates to continue their studies in second cycle M.A. programs.

International Studies B.A.
The aim of the program is the training of experts thoroughly familiar with the basic aspects of international politics, economics, law, and the institutions of the European Union. Graduates'  foreign language proficiency and professional background will enable them to successfully cope with the challenges of European integration, and the effective utilisation of the respective opportunities at the governmental and non-profit sectors, at local governmental institutions, at regional development facilities, and in the business sphere. Furthermore, the acquired theoretical knowledge will enable graduates to continue their studies in second cycle M.A. programs.

Special post-secondary programs

Special tourism manager
The aim of the program is the training of creative experts proficient in foreign languages familiar with the practical and theoretical aspects of the subject matter whose good communication and interpersonal skills enable them to plan and run tourism-related activities as independent entrepreneurs, medium-level, or senior managers.

Institutional spokesperson and communication expert 
Graduates of the program will be highly prepared professionals capable of the shaping and running of the internal and external communication efforts of municipal governments, foundations, public administration organisations, non-governmental organisations, interest safeguarding organisations, and business enterprises. They will also be able to elaborate respective institutional profiles and as spokespersons of the given institutions they will be responsible for the various levels of respective communication efforts.

Special business and enterprise administrator
The aim of the program is to train creative professionals thoroughly familiar with the practical and theoretical aspects of the subject matter whose foreign language proficiency, good interpersonal skills enable them to plan and run organisational and operational activities as independent entrepreneurs, medium-level, or senior managers.
